Day 5 in Chiloé! Isla Lemuy

We got up at 8:10 and had breakfast bread with cheese.
The island is 110 km from Castro and 1 hour 55 minutes.
We arrived at 10:05 on the island. We arrived at 10:05 on the island, we arrived at "Puqueldón"(in mapudungun means between maquis, Chilean plant) it is the capital of the island, a town in the north of the island. We went to "Gruta de Lourdes" where took many photos, even with Ned! At 12:00 we had lunch at "Restaurant Lemuyess", afterwards we went to visit "Iglesia de Puqueldón", it was very nice. At 2:00 p.m we went to "Lago Los Cuervos", where there many tipes of waterfowl, a guide helped us to meet the birds, we bathed 15 minutes and then enjoyed that it wasn´t so hot.
At 4:00 p.m we went to "Cerro La Mona", to see some spectacular views of the whole island, we took many pictures, but we almost dropped the map!
At 6:00 p.m we went to the famous "Camino Cortado" or "Camino a Detif" is the narrowest part of the island Lemuy. You can see the sea on both sides of the road.
We took many photos, we saw many landscapes and we collected many things. We went to "Playa Marico" at 7:30 p.m to bathe a little more. We also leased a boat, fished and toured a bit, we took many pictures, but Ned had to stay on the beach! At 8:00 p.m, we returned to Puqueldón to buy the famous crafts there. At 10:00 we were back in the field, we arrived very tired.
Tomorrow will be stormy until noon in Castro!
We won't stay in Castro tomorrow, because we are going to Parque Tantauco and Cucao!
We are going to go to Parque Tantauco and Cucao tomorrow.
