My Personal Blog: Day 1 in Chiloé! Castro

We arrived at breakfast time (8:00). We had breakfast in the "Del Puente" cafeteria, we took a lot of photos and then went to Europcar to rent a car.
We arrived outskirts of Castro at 10:00, where we are going to stay for 7 nights, in Campo Buenas Tierras. We stayed in the field for 1 hour to meet the animals, then at noon we went to the dock and ate a fish dish, but the children ate 2!
We went by boat and saw all the Palafitos, from the Pedro Montt sector to Gamboa, the bad thing is that Don Francisco almost drops the compass to the water. Then we went to the San Francisco Church and we were there 30 minutes, then we went to the Mirador Soler, where we took many photos almost get fined for being badly parked. At the end of the day we went and bought at Mercado Feria Yumbel, many things like magnets, key rings, miniature palafitos.
When it was dark we saw fireworks on the other side of the River Gamboa, they were very beautiful! In the car, Paula and Juan Ignacio came asleep and when we got to the field we went to tent. Tomorrow we are going to go to Parque Nacional Chiloé, which is 24 km away Castro.
